Shipping

Everything ships from Burlington, Vermont via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and $100 of included insurance.

Ready-to-order items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders ship per the timeline in your quote, after the balance invoice is paid. Local pickup in Burlington is free by arrangement.

Vermont orders are charged Vermont sales tax at the rate for your delivery address (6%, or 7% in Burlington and other local-option towns). We don't currently ship internationally, if you're outside the US and determined, write to us and we'll figure it out. (We're looking at you Canada, we know we're close! We'll work with you, just let us know!)

Returns & exchanges

Ready-to-order items: returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must come back in original condition; buyers cover return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the piece arrives back.

Custom orders are final sale, they were made for you, to a proof you approved. If a custom piece arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right: repair, remake, or refund, our call after we've seen it.

Wood is wood: variation in grain, tone, and stain from the photos (or between units in a batch) is a feature of handmade work, not a defect.

Custom-order terms & deposits

1. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are estimates until a proof is approved.
2. Production begins only after (a) written proof approval (email counts) and (b) payment of a 50% deposit via Stripe invoice.
3. The deposit is refundable in full until production begins; once material is cut or printed, it isn't.
4. The remaining balance is invoiced on completion. Orders ship after the balance is paid. Balances unpaid 30 days after completion may incur storage or forfeit the deposit, we'll always talk to you before that happens.
5. Two rounds of proof revisions are included; further rounds may be quoted as design time.
6. By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We decline work that reproduces card art, game logos, or other third-party IP, and we may decline any commission at our discretion.
7. Framing or mounting genuine cards or product supplied by (or belonging to) the customer is acceptable; we never reproduce card imagery.

Privacy

We collect what a small shop needs to make and ship your stuff, and nothing else: your name, contact details, order details, and any files you upload with a quote request. Payments are processed by Shopify, Stripe, or Square, your card details go to them, not to us, and their privacy policies govern those transactions. Quote uploads are stored privately (Cloudflare R2) and deleted on request once a project closes. We don't sell or share your information, we don't run ad trackers, and we'll only email you about your own orders and quotes. Questions or deletion requests: [email protected].
